I’ve been away for past week, so a bit late on my monthly playlist, but I did have more time to find some great tunes – and as always, all songs released in past 2 years. A few comments on the songs:

  • I had to add a Morgan Wade song since Jean and I saw her last week in Wilmington, NC and loved the show!
  • I know Ella Langley is totally country but can’t stop listening to Choosin’ Texas!
  • I love Sheryl Crow’s social commentary on Freedom Bus and agree with her 100%!
  • Frankie & the Witch Fingers sound like some punk out of 80s, so added Bonehead as my Halloween song!
  • Black Keys & Whiskey Myers are 2 of my very favorite bands – get on the bus!
  • The rest of the very fun artists are: Moon Taxi, Interpol, Ty Myers w/ Marcus King & Grace Potter!

ENJOY! Thanks, Jim Maisano

NOTE: I had a radio show – JIMMY’S NEW R&R SHOW – on WVOX in New Rochelle & then the station closed! I played active bands (making albums & touring) and songs released in prior few years – Southern & Country Rock, Blues, Soul, Americana & Roots! This playlist would have been my radio show!
