Would like to know about the sky seeding of chemicals being sprayed throughout Westchester County. Can someone please email me back as to why this is happening and what chemicals are being used and who authorized this.

Neil: I do not know anything about “sky seeding of chemicals” in our county. That is not an issue I have heard about in past or come aross in my work.
